John is a corporate attorney and his primary role is interfacing with clients, knowing their businesses, and keeping them out of legal jams.
Over the past 35 years, John has devoted much of his practice to the mergers and acquisition side of exit planning. John has worked with business owners across every industry nationwide. In addition to working directly with businesses, John has represented several private equity firms and family offices.
